I was commissioned recently to take business portraits / headshots for a couple of Ottawa area technology start-ups. This image was shot using an AB800 with a 22-inch beauty dish (with sock) against a white background. A simple but effective setup that produces pleasing results.

The past month has been hectic and I am now just catching up with a few posts. Much of my work lately has been shooting headshots and business portraits in the Ottawa area. Marc was kind enough to allow me to share a few shots from a recent session.
Jamie, a singer/songwriter from Arnprior, recently contacted me about getting some headshots done for her agent. We met at my Ottawa studio space and our session turned into a full blown modeling and portrait shoot that was so much fun and productive. Here are a few sample shots from her session.
